Nature’s Effects on Brain

The healing experience of getting closer to Nature, can also be conveyed through video.

A movie cannot replace the experience of a walk into the wilderness or be under a yard tree.
However nature videos can help calm our minds and be more concentrated while contemplating natural scenes on a screen and listening to sounds of nature.
